Corporate Philosophy

Human-Resource Development

Because our company does not have production equipment, people are our most important asset, and we believe human-resource training is the most important issue in terms of business promotion. In addition to striving for technical and academic skill improvement, we strive to train human resources to have overall adaptability, including creative power, management ability, and information collecting and communicating ability. Our company's training consists of the three pillars below.

1. OJT

Our company's training is focused on OJT handled by superiors and senior employees. Each employee has an annual interview with their superior to set goals for the next fiscal year, based on which a training plan is devised. Our OJT is then handled in line with this plan and is otherwise based on PDCA.

2. Training for All Employees

The training we provide for all employees consists of manner-related and 5S-activity training to increase each employee's foundational strength as a member of society. We also have industrial physicians who provide mental health care, and we implement disaster-prevention measures in line with our company's manuals.
* 5S activities: a general term for activities related to seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, and shitsuke (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, and sustain)

3. Stratified Training

As examples of stratified training, we provide training for new employees as well as training for managers.
More specifically, we clarify the knowledge and skills required by our employees and then design and implement suitable training content in each case as appropriate.

Quality Policy

We offer one-stop solutions in response to customer needs based on the key words information, proposals, distribution, and quality. In August of 2001, all of our company's offices obtained JISQ 9001: 2015 (ISO 9001: 2015) certification.
